Your wallet shows gift card balances that you have claimed. Balances are grouped by studio because a gift card usually belongs to the studio that sold it.
Claim a gift card#
Use the claim link in the gift card email, or go to Account > Wallet and click Claim gift card.
After the gift card is claimed, its remaining balance appears in your wallet. If you cannot claim it, check that the code has not already been claimed, expired, or cancelled.
Use wallet balance#
When you book or buy from a studio with available wallet balance, choose the wallet option at checkout if it is offered for that purchase.
Wallet balance is studio-specific. A balance from one studio cannot usually be used at another studio.
View balances#
Go to Account > Wallet. Expand a studio to see each gift card, its remaining amount, sender, code, and expiry date when there is one.
If a gift card expires soon, the wallet marks it so you can use it before the expiry date.
Send or download a gift card#
Go to Account > Gift Cards to manage gift cards you bought.
From there, you can:
- add or edit recipient details
- send the gift card by email when it has a recipient
- download the gift card PDF
- check whether it has been claimed
- see its remaining balance and status
If you update the recipient after the gift card was already sent, saving the new recipient details does not always resend it automatically. Use the send action again when available.
If the balance looks wrong#
Gift card balances update after purchases, refunds, claims, and expiry. If the balance still looks wrong after refreshing the page, contact the studio that issued the gift card.
