Waivers & Terms

Configure customer waivers, privacy policy, membership terms, gift card terms, and custom documents.

Use Waivers & Terms to manage the documents customers may need to review or accept.

This article explains the product workflow. It is not legal advice. Review your documents with the right advisor for your business.

Open Waivers & Terms#

Go to Admin > Settings > Waivers & Terms.

Built-in templates#

Naayya can show built-in document slots such as:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Customer Waiver
  • Membership Terms
  • Gift Card Terms

Configure the documents that apply to your business.

Custom documents#

Use custom waivers or terms when your business needs an additional document.

Before adding one, decide:

  • Who should accept it
  • Which customer workflow it affects
  • Whether it needs a new version when edited
  • Who is responsible for reviewing the wording

Review and accept defaults#

If the page asks you to review policies, read the documents before marking them reviewed.

Marking policies as reviewed confirms that you have accepted the current setup for your business.

Customer compliance#

Customer detail pages can show whether a customer has accepted the required current versions.

If a customer is missing an acceptance, check:

  • The document is configured
  • The correct version is active
  • The customer has completed the required step
