Use feedback stats as context for coaching, quality checks, public testimonials, and schedule decisions.
Where to review feedback#
Depending on your access, feedback appears in:
- Admin > Teachers for public and private feedback counts
- Admin > Teachers > Stats for teacher performance context
- Teacher profile feedback pages
- The teacher workspace for teachers reviewing their own feedback
Feedback types#
Public feedback#
Public feedback is intended for customer-facing use after approval. It may appear with a teacher profile or testimonial surface depending on your setup.
Private feedback#
Private feedback stays internal. Use it to understand issues, coach teachers, or follow up with customers.
What to look for#
Review:
- Rating average
- Number of reviews
- Public vs private feedback count
- Pending approvals
- Repeated comments about the same class, teacher, or format
- Whether feedback matches attendance and booking patterns
One strong comment can matter, but repeated patterns are more useful for operational decisions.
Approving public feedback#
Only approve public feedback when it is suitable for customer-facing use and the customer intended it to be public.
Do not turn private feedback into a public testimonial unless the customer has clearly given permission.
