Some studios ask customers to share health information that helps teachers adapt a class or understand safety needs. This is optional in Naayya.
Add health information#
Go to Account > Health Information.
The first time you open the page, Naayya shows a consent notice. After granting consent, you can add disclosures such as injuries, pregnancy, mobility notes, allergies, or other information you want the studio to consider.
Each disclosure can include a category, visibility status, and note. Changes save automatically.
Who can see it#
Teachers can view your health disclosures during attendance for classes you booked when they need the information to support you in that session.
Your health page also includes an access log so you can see when a teacher viewed your health information.
Edit or remove a disclosure#
Open Account > Health Information and edit the disclosure directly.
You can remove information you no longer want stored. Keep your notes current, especially if a condition changes or is no longer relevant.
Withdraw consent#
Open Account > Health Information and choose Withdraw consent.
Withdrawing consent removes your stored health disclosures and records that you withdrew consent. If you later want to share health information again, you can grant consent again and add new disclosures.
When to contact the studio#
Contact the studio directly for medical, safety, or class suitability questions. Naayya stores the information you choose to provide, but the studio decides how to adapt a session and what information it needs before you attend.
