Use Account to keep track of the classes and appointments you booked through Naayya.
Class bookings#
Go to Account > Bookings to see your class bookings.
The Upcoming tab shows future classes. The Completed tab shows past bookings and cancelled bookings where the studio keeps them visible in your history.
Each booking can show:
- class name, date, and time
- location
- teacher
- booking status
- the payment type used, such as a bundle, membership, or free booking
- group booking details, when you booked for more than one person
Cancel a class booking#
- Go to Account > Bookings.
- Open the upcoming class.
- Click Cancel.
- Review the studio's cancellation result before confirming.
Before cancellation is confirmed, Naayya checks the studio policy and shows whether the booking will be refunded, whether the credit or membership use returns, and whether the cancellation window has passed.
For group bookings, the person who made the group booking may be able to cancel only their own place or the whole group, depending on what the studio allows.
Appointment bookings#
Go to Account > Appointments to see one-on-one appointments.
You can filter appointments by upcoming, past, or cancelled. Appointment cards show the service, provider, time, location or resource, and status.
Reschedule or cancel an appointment#
- Go to Account > Appointments.
- Find the upcoming appointment.
- Click Reschedule or Cancel.
- Follow the studio's policy shown in the confirmation window.
Not every appointment can be changed online. If the button is missing or the action is blocked, contact the studio directly.
If you cannot find a booking#
Check that you are signed in with the same email address used at checkout. If the booking was made by staff, through a different email, or outside Naayya, the studio may need to link it to your account.
