Use Referrals to see who is sharing referral links, who was referred, and whether rewards are pending, completed, or revoked.
Open referrals#
Go to Admin > Referrals.
You need the right marketing or growth access to manage referrals.
What the page shows#
The Referrals page can show:
- Referral links
- Referrers
- Referred customers
- Pending referrals
- Completed referrals
- Revoked referrals
Use the status to decide what needs review.
Update reward status#
When a referral reward needs review, update the status only after checking the customer and purchase context.
Common statuses:
- Pending: not settled yet
- Completed: reward has been accepted or fulfilled
- Revoked: reward should not be fulfilled
Good referral hygiene#
- Check duplicate customers before completing rewards.
- Review whether the referred customer actually met your rules.
- Keep reward changes consistent with your public terms.
- Do not manually complete rewards you cannot explain.
