The customer list is the main place to find people who have signed up, booked, bought something, or otherwise became part of your customer base.
It lives inside the current Customers workspace with Customers, Leads, and Segments views.
Open the customer list#
- Go to Admin > Customers.
- Select Customers if another view is open.
If you cannot open the page, your role may not include customer access for this business.
What the list shows#
The list can show:
- Customer name and initials or image
- Email address
- Customer since date
- Source or guest context
- Attribution summary, when available
- Quick link to the customer detail page
The list is designed for finding a person quickly. Open the customer detail page when you need products, credits, bookings, coupons, waivers, or recent activity.
Search and filters#
Use search to find a customer by name or email.
If attribution filters are available on your plan, use them to narrow the list by acquisition or source context.
Clear filters before exporting or investigating a missing customer.
Export customers#
Use Export when you need a CSV for a legitimate business task.
Exports contain personal data. Keep downloaded files secure and delete them when the work is done.
See Export Data.
Customers, leads, and segments#
Use:
- Customers for people already in your customer base
- Leads for potential customers before they become customers
- Segments for saved customer groups, when enabled
See Leads Management and Customer Segments.
Common issues#
I cannot find a customer#
Search by email, clear filters, and check whether the person booked as a guest or is still a lead.
The list is empty#
Check that the correct business is selected and that you have access to customer records.
I need more detail#
Open the customer detail page. The list is intentionally brief.
