Customer List

The Customer List shows all your customers in one place. You can search for customers, filter them, and see important information quickly.

How to Access the Customer List#

  1. Go to your admin panel
  2. Click on Customers in the menu
  3. You will see a list of all your customers

What You See on the Customer List#

The customer list shows you:

  • Customer name - First and last name
  • Email address - How to contact them
  • User roles - What permissions they have (customer, teacher, manager, owner)
  • Join date - When they became a customer
  • Active coupons - Special discounts they can use

How to Search for Customers#

  1. Look for the search box at the top of the page
  2. Type the customer's name or email
  3. Press Enter or wait a few seconds
  4. The list will show only matching customers
  • Click the X button in the search box to see all customers again

How to Filter Customers#

You can filter customers to find specific groups:

Filter by Studio (for multi-studio accounts)#

  1. Look for the studio dropdown menu
  2. Click on it to see all your studios
  3. Choose a studio to see only customers from that studio
  4. Choose "All Studios" to see everyone

Filter by User Role#

  1. Find the role filter dropdown
  2. Choose from:
    • All Roles - See everyone
    • Customers - People who book classes
    • Teachers - People who teach classes
    • Managers - People who help manage the studio
    • Owners - People with full access

Customer Information on the List#

Customer Names and Photos#

  • Each customer has their name displayed
  • You will see a small colored circle with their initials if they don't have a photo

Email Addresses#

  • Email addresses are shown under each name
  • Click on an email to contact the customer

User Roles (Badges)#

Customers can have different roles shown as colored badges:

  • Customer - Blue badge (can book classes)
  • Teacher - Green badge (can teach classes)
  • Manager - Orange badge (can manage studio)
  • Owner - Red badge (full access)

Join Date#

  • Shows when the customer first signed up
  • Format: "Member since [Month Day, Year]"

Active Coupons#

  • Shows if the customer has any special discounts
  • Number appears next to a ticket icon

Customer Actions#

For each customer, you can:

View Customer Details#

  1. Click on any customer's name
  2. This opens their complete profile page
  3. You can see all their bookings, purchases, and information

Quick Actions Menu#

  1. Click the three dots (...) next to any customer
  2. Choose from available actions:
    • View customer details
    • Edit customer information
    • Send message (if available)

Download Customer Data#

You can export your customer list:

  1. Look for the Download button at the top of the page
  2. Click it to download an Excel file
  3. The file contains all customer information
  4. Use this for reports or backups

Privacy Mode#

If privacy mode is turned on:

  • Customer names will be partially hidden (J*** D***)
  • Email addresses will be partially hidden (j***@email.com)
  • This protects customer information when others are watching your screen

To turn privacy mode on/off:

  1. Look for the privacy toggle switch
  2. Click it to turn privacy protection on or off

Sorting the Customer List#

The customer list is automatically sorted by:

  • Newest customers first (most recent join date at top)
  • You can change this by clicking on column headers

Common Problems and Solutions#

No Customers Showing#

  • Check if you have any filters active
  • Clear all filters and search terms
  • Make sure you're looking at the right studio

Can't Find a Customer#

  • Try searching by email instead of name
  • Check spelling in your search
  • Try searching for just part of the name

Page Loading Slowly#

  • If you have many customers, the page may take time to load
  • Try using filters to see smaller groups
  • Consider using search to find specific customers

Tips for Better Customer Management#

  1. Use Search Often - It's faster than scrolling through long lists
  2. Filter by Studio - If you manage multiple locations
  3. Check Active Coupons - See which customers have special offers
  4. Export Regularly - Download customer lists for your records
  5. Use Privacy Mode - When working in public or shared spaces
