How to View Customer Coupons#
On Customer Details Page#
- Go to any customer's profile
- Look in the customer profile section
- You'll see number of active coupons
- Click to see coupon details
Coupon Information Shown#
- Coupon code - Unique ID for the coupon
- Discount type - Percentage or fixed amount
- Discount value - How much off they get
- Expiration date - When coupon stops working
- Usage limit - How many times they can use it
- Times used - How many times they already used it
How to Create a Coupon for a Customer#
Step 1: Access Add Coupon#
- Go to the customer's detail page
- Look for the Add Coupon button
- Click it to open the coupon creation form
Step 2: Choose Coupon Type#
Select what kind of discount:
- Percentage - For % off (like 25% off)
- Fixed amount - For money off (like $15 off)
Step 3: Set Discount Value#
- For percentage: Enter number without % sign (enter "20" for 20% off)
- For fixed amount: Enter dollar amount (enter "15" for $15 off)
Step 4: Set Expiration Date#
- Choose when the coupon stops working
- Give customers reasonable time to use it
- Consider your busy seasons and customer patterns
Step 5: Set Usage Limit#
- Single use - Customer can use only once
- Multiple use - Customer can use several times
- Set number based on how generous you want to be
Step 6: Add Description (Optional)#
- Write what the coupon is for

Step 7: Create Coupon#
- Click Create Coupon to finish
- Customer will receive coupon in their account

What You Can Edit#

- Description - Update the reason or details
What You Cannot Edit#
- Discount type (percentage vs fixed amount)
- Discount value (amount of money off)
- Coupon code (system generates this)
How to Remove Coupons#
- Find the coupon in customer's profile
- Click Delete or Remove next to the coupon
- Confirm you want to remove it
- Coupon will no longer work for customer
