The people-related work in Naayya is split between customer records and staff access.
Use Admin > Customers for customers, leads, and segments. Use Admin > Staff or Admin > Settings > Staff for staff access.
Customers workspace#
The Customers workspace has three views:
- Customers: people who have joined, booked, bought, or have customer records
- Leads: potential customers who may still need an invitation or follow-up
- Segments: saved customer groups, when enabled for your plan and business
Use it for customer support, follow-up, export, and audience work.
Staff workspace#
Use Staff when someone needs access to your business workspace.
Staff access controls what a person can see or do in Admin. A person can also have a teaching profile, but that is a separate setup step.
Teachers and providers#
Teachers and providers are people who deliver classes or services. They may also be customers or staff.
Use Admin > Teachers for teaching profiles, public profile details, stats, and payroll context.
Who can access these areas#
Access depends on role, capabilities, and plan features.
If someone cannot open a page, check their staff access before assuming the page is broken.
