The People area is the studio-wide workspace for customers, leads, and staff records.
Who can access People#
Today, the full People workspace is owner and manager scoped. This includes the customer list, leads, and staff tabs.
If another staff member cannot open People, that does not always mean their account is broken. It usually means their role is scoped to a narrower operational area instead of the full studio CRM.
What you will find#
The People section includes three main tabs:
- Customers for customer profiles and booking-related records
- Leads for prospects, invites, and imports
- Staff for team members and role-based records
Common actions in People#
- Search for a customer, lead, or staff member
- Filter people by role or status
- Add a lead manually
- Upload leads by CSV
- Open a person's record for more details
Metrics at the top of the page#
The page can show studio-wide counts for:
- Leads
- Invited leads
- Customers
- Staff
These numbers are meant to give owners and managers a quick operating snapshot of the studio.
When to use Staff settings instead#
Use Admin > Settings > Staff when you need to assign or change studio access. Use People when you want the broader studio record view.
