Your account shows the products you bought through Naayya, including class bundles, memberships, and physical product orders.
Active credits#
Go to Account > Bundles to see active credits from class passes, bundles, and prepaid packages.
For each credit balance, Naayya shows the studio, product name, remaining credits, expiry date when there is one, and a link to book with that studio.
Credits are usually tied to one studio and can only be used for the classes or services that studio configured.
Memberships#
Go to Account > Memberships to see active memberships. This can include memberships you bought yourself and memberships a studio has shared with you, such as a family or group membership.
Membership cards show:
- studio name
- membership name
- price and renewal interval
- status
- remaining uses, when the membership has a limit
- renewal date, when available
If a membership is unlimited, the usage area shows that instead of a remaining count.
Orders#
Go to Account > Orders to view physical product orders bought through Naayya.
Orders can show the product name, purchase date, payment status, payment method, and amount. Fulfillment, pickup, delivery, or refund questions should go to the studio that sold the product.
Common questions#
Why did a credit not return after cancellation? The studio's cancellation policy controls whether a credit or membership use returns. Review the message shown when you cancel the booking.
Why can I not use a credit for a class? The credit may be expired, already used, connected to another studio, or not valid for that class type.
Why can I book with a membership I did not buy? Some studios support shared memberships. If a family member or group owner shares a membership with you, eligible classes may appear as bookable from your account.
Can I cancel a membership in my account? If the studio has not enabled self-service membership cancellation, contact the studio. Saved cards linked to active memberships may stay locked until the membership is no longer active.
