Your account keeps the parts of your Naayya activity in one place: upcoming bookings, appointment times, credits, memberships, wallet balances, contracts, payment methods, profile details, and privacy settings.
Open Account after signing in. On desktop, the dashboard shows your next class or appointment, pending contracts, credit and membership summaries, and quick links. On mobile, use the account menu to open each section.
What you can manage#
- Profile: update your name, contact details, profile photo, and linked studio roles.
- Bookings: view upcoming and past class bookings, then cancel eligible bookings.
- Appointments: view, reschedule, or cancel one-on-one appointments when the studio allows it.
- Bundles: see active class credits, how many are left, and when they expire.
- Memberships: see active memberships, usage, renewal timing, and the studio they belong to.
- Wallet: see claimed gift card balances by studio and book with available balance.
- Payment methods: view saved cards and remove cards that are not tied to an active membership.
- Health Information: add optional health disclosures and control consent.
- Contracts: review and sign assigned agreements.
- Referrals: copy your referral link when you want to recommend Naayya to a studio.
- Settings: manage notifications, language, privacy choices, data export, and account deletion.
When something is missing#
Your account only shows items connected to the email address you used to sign in. If a booking, membership, gift card, or contract is missing, check that you are using the same email address you used at checkout.
If you paid at the studio or booked through staff, it may take a short time for the studio to link the item to your account.
Good to know#
Naayya shows customer account information across all studios you interact with. Some actions still depend on each studio's settings, for example cancellation windows, appointment rescheduling, membership terms, gift card expiry, and which notifications they send.
