    Naayya offers three types of products to sell to your customers. Each serves different business models and customer needs:

    Bundles (Packages & Passes)#

    Bundles are prepaid products that give customers a set number of credits or sessions. Perfect for:

    • Class passes: 5-class pass, 10-class pass, 20-class pass
    • Workshop bundles: 3-workshop series, weekend intensive
    • Prepaid packages: Month of unlimited classes (expires after 30 days)
    • Intro offers: 2 weeks unlimited for new clients

    Key Features#

    • Credits system: Define how many class credits customers receive
    • Validity period: Set expiration (30, 60, 90 days, or custom)
    • One-time payment: Customers pay once and use credits over time
    • Popular choice: Most fitness studios use bundles as their primary product

    Memberships (Subscriptions)#

    Memberships are recurring products that bill customers automatically. Ideal for:

    • Monthly unlimited: Ongoing access with monthly billing
    • Weekly plans: Limited classes per week with weekly billing
    • Seasonal memberships: 3-month summer package
    • Intro memberships: First month special with different terms

    Key Features#

    • Recurring billing: Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly
    • Usage limits: Set classes per billing period or unlimited
    • Activation options: Start immediately, on first use, or scheduled date
    • Auto-renewal: Automatic or manual renewal

    Physical Products#

    Physical products are tangible goods you sell alongside your services:

    • Equipment: Yoga mats, blocks, straps, water bottles
    • Merchandise: Branded apparel, accessories
    • Retail items: Health products, books, supplements
    • Gift cards: Physical or digital gift certificates

    Key Features#

    • No credits: Simple product without class booking integration
    • One-time payment: Standard e-commerce model
    • Inventory optional: Track stock if needed
    • Shipping: Can be pickup or delivery

    Which Product Type Should You Choose?#

    1. Go to Admin > Products
    2. Click Create Product
    3. Choose Packages & Bundles
    4. Set your class credits and validity period
    5. Configure pricing and availability

    Need help deciding what to create? Most studios start with these basics:

    • Single class: 1 credit, 30-day validity
    • Starter pack: 5 credits, 60-day validity
    • Popular pass: 10 credits, 90-day validity
