Naayya offers several product types organized by what you're selling. Each serves different business models and customer needs.
What you see depends on your studio setup#
The product type picker only shows the groups that match your studio's current offering.
- Class-first studios see Classes product types
- Appointment-first studios see Appointments product types
- Studios configured for both can see both groups
If you do not see a product type you expected, first confirm whether your studio is currently set up for classes, appointments, or both.

Class Products#
Class products are used for group class bookings. When creating a product, select from the Classes group in the product type dropdown.
Drop-in#
A single-use product for customers who want to attend one class without commitment.
- 1 credit: Customer books one class
- No expiry: Credit is used immediately
- Best for: Walk-in customers, occasional visitors, trial classes
Bundle#
Prepaid packages that give customers class credits or unlimited access.
- Limited bundles: Set a credit count (3, 5, 10, 20+) with a validity period
- Unlimited bundles: No credit limit — customers can book as many classes as they want
- One-time payment: Customer pays once upfront
- Best for: Regular attendees, class passes, unlimited access packages
Membership#
Recurring subscriptions that bill customers automatically on a schedule.
- Recurring billing: Weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, quarterly, or yearly
- Usage limits: Set classes per billing period or leave unlimited
- Activation options: On purchase, first class booked, or fixed date
- Renewal: Memberships renew until cancelled
- Eligibility rules: Everyone, once per customer, or new members only
- Best for: Ongoing access models, monthly unlimited plans
Changing a product's price#
When you need to change the price of an existing bundle or membership, edit the current product and update the Price field. Naayya keeps the same product and creates the new price for future purchases on top of it.
- Future customers buy at the new price
- Existing bundle holders keep the purchase value already recorded when they bought
- Existing subscribers stay on their current amount by default unless you intentionally move them to a replacement product
Do not create a second product just to change the price. Duplicate products break class links, split reporting, and make it harder to manage active customer credits. If the offer itself is changing, create the replacement and use the replace flow instead of cloning manually.
Appointment Products#
Appointment products are for one-on-one services like personal training, consultations, or wellness sessions. When creating a product, select from the Appointments group.
Single Session#
A one-time appointment purchase.
- 1 session: Customer books one appointment
- No expiry: Session is used immediately
- Best for: Consultations, trial sessions, one-off bookings
Session Pack#
Multiple appointment sessions sold as a package.
- Multiple sessions: 3, 5, 10+ sessions
- Validity period: Set expiration (60, 90, 120 days, or custom)
- One-time payment: Customer pays once and books sessions over time
- Best for: Personal training packages, wellness programs, coaching series
