The Media Library gives you one view of assets used across your business.
Use it to review images and files connected to classes, teachers, services, locations, products, categories, studio branding, and direct uploads.
Open the Media Library#
Go to Admin > Media.
What you can see#
The library can include:
- Uploaded assets
- Class images
- Teacher images
- Appointment service images
- Location images
- Product images
- Category images
- Studio logo or banner assets
The source label helps you understand where an asset is being used.
Filter media#
Use filters to narrow by:
- Source, such as class, teacher, product, or upload
- Asset type, such as image, video, audio, or document
If an image appears in multiple places, Naayya may show it once with the strongest available source context.
What the Media Library is for#
Use it to:
- Find old or inconsistent images
- Review what is used publicly
- Check whether a class, teacher, product, or service has an image
- Keep brand assets tidy
