Your billing profile lives in Admin > Settings > Plans & Billing. Naayya uses it for invoicing, VAT handling, and owner-facing payment reminders.
Who can update billing details#
Studio owners should keep this information current. If important fields are missing, owners see a Complete billing details prompt in the admin shell and on the billing page.
Required billing fields#
Add these fields for every studio:
- Company or legal business name
- Country
- Address line 1
- City
- Postal code
Optional but often useful:
- Address line 2
- VAT number
If your studio is VAT-registered, add the VAT number so invoice records stay complete.
How to update billing details#
- Open Admin > Settings > Plans & Billing.
- Scroll to Billing Details.
- Fill in or correct the company information.
- Save the form.
Naayya updates the billing requirement prompt as soon as the saved information is complete.
What the action prompt means#
An Action needed card appears when required fields are still missing. The card lists what is missing now and, when relevant, any recommended fields such as VAT number.
Viewing invoices and receipts#
The billing page can also show invoice history for your Naayya billing activity.
Depending on the record, you may see:
- Open to view the hosted invoice
- PDF to download the invoice file
- Receipt to open the receipt link
Best practices#
- Use the exact legal business name you want on invoices.
- Keep the billing address in sync with your company registration.
- Update billing details before changing payment setup or tax information.
- Recheck this page after ownership or finance details change.
