Plan features show which parts of Naayya are included, enabled, or unavailable for your business.
Use this page when a feature appears gated or someone on your team cannot open a tool they expected to use.
Open plan features#
Go to Admin > Settings > Plan Features.
What feature states mean#
Included and enabled#
The feature is available for your business and should be usable by people with the right role.
Included but not enabled#
Your plan includes the feature, but it still needs to be turned on for your business. Contact support if you expected it to be active.
Not included#
The feature is not part of your current plan.
Role limited#
The feature may be active, but your account may not have the right staff access.
Feature access vs staff access#
A feature can be enabled for the business while still hidden from a specific person.
Check both:
- The business plan and feature state
- The person's staff role or capabilities
