View your schedule and attendees#
Your schedule page shows all your assigned classes and lets you see exactly who's booked to attend. This is the easiest way to know who's coming to your class before it starts.
Access your schedule#
- Log in to your teacher dashboard
- Click Schedule in the sidebar
Upcoming and past classes#
Use the tabs at the top to switch between:
- Upcoming: Classes you're scheduled to teach (next 30 days by default)
- Past: Classes you've already taught
Understanding class cards#
Each class appears as a card showing:
- Class name and image
- Date and time
- Location or resource (e.g., Studio A, Zoom)
- Attendee count: Shows as "X students / Y capacity"
Classes are grouped by date with clear headers.
See who's attending your class#
To view the complete list of students booked for a class:
- Find the class in your schedule
- Click the attendee count button (e.g., "5 students")
- The attendance drawer opens showing all booked students
What you see for each student#
The attendance list shows:
- Student name and profile photo or initials
- Booking status: Confirmed bookings appear in the list
- Attendance status:
- Pending (not yet marked)
- Attended (student showed up)
- No-show (student didn't attend)
You can also see if someone was added as a walk-in customer.
Filter by date#
To view classes in a specific date range:
- Click the date filter at the top of the page
- Select your start and end dates
- The list updates to show only classes in that range
This is helpful when reviewing past classes or planning ahead.
Class actions#
For upcoming classes that haven't been cancelled, you may see additional options:
- Reassign: Request a different teacher to cover your class
- Cancel: Cancel the class (subject to studio policies)
These options depend on your studio's settings and how close the class is to starting.
Quick tips#
- Check your schedule the day before to see who's booked
- Use the attendance drawer to prepare for your class
- Students may book or cancel up until the cutoff time, so attendee counts can change
