The Agent helps you ask questions about your business from inside Admin.
Use it for operational questions like who may need follow-up, what revenue changed, which classes have open capacity, or which customers have not booked recently.
Open the Agent#
Go to Admin > Agent.
If you do not see the Agent, the feature may not be included in your plan or turned on for your business.
What to ask#
Useful prompts are specific:
- "Members at risk of churn"
- "Who has not booked in 14 days?"
- "Revenue this week"
- "Open class capacity today"
- "Customers with unused credits expiring soon"
Ask one operational question at a time. You can refine with follow-up questions in the same conversation.
Review before acting#
Treat the Agent as an assistant, not an automatic decision maker.
Before sending a message, changing a customer record, or making a business decision, review:
- Which customer or class the answer refers to
- Whether dates and filters match what you intended
- Whether the result makes sense with your own knowledge
- Whether the next action should be approved by an owner or manager
Conversation history#
Agent conversations can be reopened from the history panel or bottom dock, depending on your screen size.
Use history when you want to return to a previous question instead of starting over.
What not to use it for#
Do not use the Agent as the only source for:
- Legal, tax, payroll, or medical advice
- Refund decisions without checking the payment record
- Customer communication that needs a human review
- Sensitive decisions about a person without checking the underlying record
