Customer Segments

Create saved customer groups from plain-language rules and refresh them before use.

Segments are saved groups of customers.

Use them when you want to find a group once and reuse it for follow-up work.

Open segments#

  1. Go to Admin > Customers.
  2. Select Segments.

If you do not see Segments, the feature may not be included in your plan or turned on for your business.

Create a segment#

  1. Click New segment.
  2. Describe the group in one clear sentence.
  3. Review the preview.
  4. Save the segment when the group matches what you intended.

Examples:

  • "Customers who have not booked in 30 days"
  • "Members with unused credits"
  • "Customers who bought a bundle but have not attended yet"

Refresh a segment#

Segments can become stale as customers book, buy, cancel, or attend.

Refresh a segment before using it for an important follow-up.

Review before acting#

Segments help you find a group. They do not decide what message to send.

Before acting, check:

  • The segment name and description
  • Last refresh time
  • Member count
  • Sample members
  • Whether the group matches your business intention
