2. Booking Services

Naayya provides a platform for booking yoga classes and related services. By making a booking, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Pay all fees associated with your booking
Comply with cancellation policies
Follow studio rules and guidelines

3. Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class
Late cancellations may result in charges
No-shows will be charged the full class fee

4. Analytics and Data Collection

By creating an account and using Naayya, you acknowledge that Naayya processes service and analytics data to operate, secure, and improve the platform, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Service/security analytics: We process events and technical telemetry required for fraud prevention, abuse detection, troubleshooting, and platform reliability.
Product analytics: We may process usage data (including authenticated usage) to improve product performance and feature quality.
Consent requirements: Where local law requires consent for non-essential analytics cookies or similar technologies, we collect and honor those consent choices.
Account deletion impact: When account deletion is completed, we remove access credentials and run de-identification/deletion workflows across relevant systems, while retaining records required by law (for example tax/accounting and fraud-prevention records).

5. Account Responsibilities
