Stripe Connect alerts appear directly on the Stripe Connect page inside Naayya. Use this guide to diagnose and resolve common blockers.
Outstanding requirements#
What it means: Stripe still needs information to verify your business or its representatives.
Fix it:
- Check the Outstanding Requirements card in Naayya for the exact items.
- Click any item to open the relevant page in Stripe Dashboard.
- Upload the requested documents or correct the data.
- Back in Naayya, click Sync Now to refresh the status.
Stripe automatically disables charges or payouts if the deadline passes. Act on due items before the deadline displayed in the card.
Capability stuck in “Pending”#
- Ensure you clicked Enable in Naayya and the request succeeded.
- Stripe reviews new capabilities manually; approval can take up to 48 hours.
- If Stripe needs more proof, they will email the account owner. Provide the information and sync again.
- Still pending after two business days? Open a support ticket with Stripe referencing your connected account ID.
Account appears in Test Mode unexpectedly#
- Only owners can switch between test and live modes. Confirm your studio owner account is still active.
- If you switched back to test mode for testing, payments will not reach your bank. Switch to live mode in Naayya and reconfirm the prompt.
- Validate that the live Stripe account is fully verified. Test mode hides production-only requirements.
Payouts paused or delayed#
- Review Stripe’s email for the reason. Common causes include unmatched bank account names or missing company documents.
- Check the Disabled reason in Naayya. If Stripe applied a restriction, follow the links provided.
- Verify the bank account still exists and matches the payout currency.
- After resolving the issue, click Sync Now. Payouts resume automatically once Stripe approves the account.
Unable to enable SEPA or ACH#
- SEPA requires the account country to be an EU/EEA country. You cannot convert a US account to EU—create a new EU Stripe account instead.
- ACH only works for US accounts with a valid EIN (for businesses) or SSN (for individuals).
- If you migrated from another platform, confirm the capability is not already disabled due to disputes or high risk.
- Use Stripe Dashboard → Settings → Payment methods to confirm capability status directly.
Need more help?#

- Contact Stripe Support through the Dashboard. Include your connected account ID (found in Naayya under Account Details).
- Reach out to Naayya Support with screenshots if a status in the app does not match what you see in Stripe.
