Once Stripe Connect is set up you can accept payments and send payouts directly from Naayya. This guide explains where to manage capabilities such as SEPA Direct Debit and how to review payout timing.
Manage payment capabilities in Naayya#
- Open Admin → Settings → Stripe Connect.
- Scroll to Payment Capabilities.
- Each capability shows its status (Active,Pending, or a button to enable it).
- Press Sync Now whenever you change settings in Stripe Dashboard.
You must be a studio owner to request new capabilities.
Enable SEPA Direct Debit (EU studios)#
SEPA Direct Debit lets customers in the Single Euro Payments Area pay from their bank account.
- Confirm the Stripe account country is in the European Economic Area on the Account Location card.
- In the SEPA Direct Debit card, click Enable SEPA.
- Naayya submits the request to Stripe. While under review the badge shows Pending.
- Watch for alerts in Outstanding Requirements or emails from Stripe asking for documents.
- Once Stripe approves the request the badge changes to Active and SEPA becomes available during checkout.
If a banner says SEPA Not Available, the account is registered outside the EEA. You'll need an EU Stripe account to use SEPA.
How customers buy with SEPA:
Once enabled, customers can use SEPA Direct Debit when purchasing bundles or memberships through your product storefront pages. Share your product links from Admin → Products or send customers to your /bundles or /memberships pages. Bank transfers take 2–14 days to settle, so the product activates after Stripe confirms payment. Learn more in Share Your Products Online.
Enable ACH Direct Debit (US studios)#
- Ensure the Stripe account country is the United States.
- Click Enable ACH in the ACH card.
- Provide any additional data Stripe requests (EIN, SSN, etc.).
- Wait for Stripe to finish reviewing the request—status updates to Active when approved.
How customers buy with ACH:
Once enabled, customers can use ACH Direct Debit when purchasing bundles or memberships through your product storefront pages. Share your product links from Admin → Products or send customers to your /bundles or /memberships pages. Bank transfers take 3–5 business days to settle, so the product activates after Stripe confirms payment. Learn more in Share Your Products Online.
Card payments and transfers#
- Card Payments activate automatically once charges are approved. If it stays pending, clear the items in Outstanding Requirements.
- Transfers power payouts and are enabled after your bank account is verified.
- Add new capabilities in Stripe Dashboard first if they are not listed, then press Sync Now in Naayya.
Review payout schedules and bank accounts#
- In Stripe Connect settings, find the Payout Schedule card.
- Check the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly), anchor day, and delay days.
- Click Manage in Stripe Dashboard under Manage Bank Accounts to update payout settings or add a bank account.
- After making changes in Stripe Dashboard, return to Naayya and press Sync Now.
Reconciling payouts#
- Export reports from Admin → Finance to match Stripe payouts with bookings.
- Compare the payout amount in Stripe Dashboard with the Naayya report.
- Account for pending payouts, refunds, disputes, and currency conversions.
Keep data in sync#
- The Account Location & Sync Status card shows when Naayya last pulled data from Stripe.
- If the account drifts out of sync, click Sync Now. Large accounts may take up to 30 seconds to refresh.
- If sync fails, read the toast message—often Stripe needs additional information before it can update.
