Mysore Style Ashtanga is the traditional form of self practice where the student learns the Ashtanga sequence posture by posture, practicing at their own pace and rhythm and advancing as their body and mind are ready. The teacher will guide you individually through the poses that you are working on with physical adjustments and verbal instruction, alongside other students each working at their own pace. Come experience for yourself as this is not like your typical yoga class. Nothing beats the magic of Mysore. Doors open on Wednesdays at 7 am.Teresa teaches from 7.00-8.00 and Gillian from 8.00-10.00.
