We’ll look closely at the neck, shoulders and hips, explore alignment and work with selected original Primary poses. YOU’LL LEAVE WITH A deeper understanding of how your body moves through the Primary Series, practical tools for refining your practice, and a clearer sense of how to build strength, awareness and longevity into your Ashtanga practice. ASANA LAB 13.00 - 15.00 Bring your questions, your tricky poses and your practice into the room. Dissect asanas through alignment, mechanics, hands-on adjustments, energetic impact and deeper meaning. Kathy will focus on bandhas, the neck and the shoulders in this clinic. We’ll dive into the foundations of backbending, exploring the principles behind the postures as well as the poses themselves. The practice will also include work towards leg-behind-the-head postures, Pincha Mayurasana and Mayurasana, with space to understand how these demanding shapes can be approached progressively and with awareness. Kathy will also speak openly about injuries, recovery and how to work with the body through challenging phases of practice rather than pushing through them. YOU’LL LEAVE WITH A deeper understanding of the mechanics behind advanced postures, practical ways to approach them with greater awareness, and insights into building a practice that can evolve alongside your body. A guided exploration of pranayama, the yogic practice of conscious breath control. Learn techniques that develop greater awareness, control and efficiency in the way you breathe, while building a stronger connection between breath, body and mind. The class is designed to translate beyond the session itself: helping you breathe more intentionally during your yoga practice, recognise habitual breathing patterns, and develop tools you can return to during periods of stress. It can also offer a new way of relating to the breath for anyone whose breathing habits have been shaped by tension, shallow breathing or smoking. Through intentional breathing you’ll learn how to use your breath to settle the nervous system, sharpen focus and support respiratory function. Controlled breathing practices have been associated with reduced stress and anxiety, changes in autonomic regulation, and improvements in measures of breathing capacity. Expect a mostly seated, focused practice that leaves you feeling steadier, clearer and more connected to your breath.
A science-backed, Kundalini Yoga-inspired practice designed specifically to discharge accumulated tension, calm the vagus nerve, and shift your body out of fight-or-flight mode. This practice helps dissolve the physical knot of anxiety in the body, lowers chronic stress, reduces middle-of-the-night cortisol spikes so you wake up genuinely rested, supports hormonal health and quiets the racing mind. During the session you can expect a music-driven practice with rhythmic spinal movement, breath technology, and posture holds. The longer sessions include also sound work. No prior experience needed. Expect a practice that feels grounding yet activating. Designed to leave you clearer, steadier and more connected to your energy. Led by Ana-Bianca, whose 15-year exploration of yoga, energy work and embodied practice has taken her from years living and studying in India to the Peruvian Amazon, with further training in Reiki, Tantra, Womb Sciences and a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Guru Singh.

A class designed to help you slow down, soften and fully switch off. We begin with Yin Yoga, settling into long, supported stretches that release tension through the body and create space for quiet introspection. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful meditation practiced lying down, allowing the body to become still while the mind gradually unwinds. Expect to leave feeling grounded, spacious and deeply rested. Accessible to all levels.
We come together to sing with the support of live instruments, sit in guided meditation, and share in community dialogue. Chanting mantras invites us to release what we carry, easing anxiety, awakening joy, and restoring our sense of connection to life. Whether the practice is cathartic or settles you into stillness, it meets you where you are. Meditation follows to ground what has opened. We integrate the experience in silence, often finding that insight arrives in the quiet after. We close in dialogue, drawing on yoga philosophy to illuminate the questions of ordinary life. In sharing honestly with one another, wisdom emerges.
