Pilates Fusion
The Pilates Fusion class begins with a brief warm-up to promote circulation. This warm-up may include flowy exercises as well as familiar sequences like the Sun Salutations from yoga. In the first half of the class, we focus on targeted muscle-building exercises that are designed to be dynamic. The last half of the class is more relaxed and dedicated to stretching to improve our flexibility. To conclude the class, we will end with a Shavasana, and for those who don’t mind being touched, I will give a little neck, face, and head massage to allow full relaxation and integration of the benefits of the practice.
