Ana-Bianca

For the past 15 years, Ana-Bianca has explored the alchemy of body, mind and spirit guided by curiosity, science and Divine magic. In her 20s, she spent years living in India under Sadhguru, learning what it actually means to live a yogic life. From there, her curiosity took her to the Peruvian Amazon to live and study alongside indigenous energy healers. Later on, she trained in Reiki with Gianluigi Costa in Italy, dove deep into conscious feminine power with the Advait Tantra School, and ultimately, did her 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Guru Singh, and studied Womb Sciences with Usha Anandi.

As life gets chaotic, emotions run high, and modern living gets noisy, her mission is to help you get comfortable inside your own skin: body, mind, emotions and all. Her sessions are about learning to decode the signals that the body is constantly sending through your nervous system, your hormones and your energy, and actually knowing what to do with them. Through physical tools - movement, breath, angles, and sound – we regulate from the inside out.
