Style: Yin Levels: all levels - beginner friendly Language: English In our Sunday Yin Yoga class, we want to carve out time and space to slow down, check in and re-center for a refreshed start into a new week. Longer-held passive as well as restorative poses allow the body to release muscular tension and to care for its deeper connective tissues. Allow your nervous system to settle and reconnect with the subtle sensations of your body. Based on ancient Indian and Chinese practices, Yin sequences are designed to open up any blockages so that Qi (energy) can flow more freely.
Style: Hatha/Vinyasa Level: All Levels Language: English (French-friendly: Some instructions can be given in French if needed) This class is a mix of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa. It’s a perfect break in your busy day to balance your body and mind. We do warm-up exercises, easy poses, and flowing movements, combined with calming pauses and restful poses. The class ends with breathing exercises and either meditation or relaxation, helping you feel calm, refreshed, and ready for the rest of your day.
A little pause in the middle of your day. Yoga Nap is a gentle, mostly lying-down practice inspired by Yoga Nidra, a form of guided deep relaxation. We’ll start with a few soft movements to wake up the body, followed by a guided practice combining breath awareness, body scan and subtle visualization. Practising during your lunch break can be a beautiful way to reset in the middle of a busy day. Taking this time to slow down can help reduce stress and mental fatigue, support emotional balance and give you space to recharge. It can also help you return to the afternoon with a clearer head, better focus and a little more energy, while creating a healthier rhythm in your workday instead of rushing straight from one task to the next. No yoga experience needed. No need to be flexible. And no, you don’t actually have to fall asleep. :) Just come as you are and give yourself one hour to do a little less. Please bring: Your yoga mat and, if you have them, a bolster, blanket and eye mask for extra comfort.
Experience a dynamic yoga practice where movement and breath flow together seamlessly. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance through creative sequences of asanas. Perfect for energizing your body and calming your mind. Our Vinyasa classes are designed for all levels. However, for those brand-new to yoga, we recommend starting with a foundational class. Music played during the class.

Very relaxing
I enjoyed the fact that Ana gives advice student by student on postures.
