Hey there! I’m Marion,
and my yoga journey began in 2017. Now, as a yoga teacher since 2022, my love for it only grows stronger!
I mainly teach Vinyasa classes, blending dynamic movements with a flowing style, aiming to empower people while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted and gentle. From time to time, you’ll also see me teaching restorative yoga, as I believe it's important to balance energetic practices with moments of deep relaxation and recovery.
I play music during my classes. I’m a solar person with a sensitive side, always eager to connect with others. Beyond the mat, I love exploring new places, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and immersing myself in different cuisines, music, and movies.
If you could teach yoga anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love combining yoga with water activities like swimming and surfing (resting on the beach also works hehe). I feel incredibly grateful whenever I get to teach close to the ocean.
What are your favorite and least favorite yoga asanas?
I love leg-balancing asanas such as Warrior III and Half Moon.
I tend to struggle with asanas that require a lot of shoulder strength, like Dolphin. But as they say, the asana you like the least is the one you need the most!
What’s a habit or routine you can’t live without?
Coffee! And yoga, of course :-)
