My classes live at the intersection of strength and softness. With a background in CrossFit and a deep love for yoga, I teach Hatha yoga in a way that builds power, mobility, and presence, all while keeping things grounded, accessible, and human.
Expect a mix of Hatha stability, Vinyasa flow, functional mobility, and the deep reset of Yin and Yoga Nidra. I love poses that create space and strength at the same time. The kind that make you feel more connected to your body with every breath.
When time comes to recharge, I slow everything down. Spacious shapes, long breaths, and the kind of stillness that recalibrates the whole system.
My guiding mantra is simple: “Come as you are, leave better.” It’s the energy behind every class, whether we’re building heat, finding balance, or melting into stillness.
Students describe my teaching as clear, supportive, and quietly playful. I strive to create a space where you can challenge yourself safely, listen to your body, and discover what strength feels like from the inside out.
