Business and user agreements
Business subscriptions are governed by the accepted order form, Business Terms and Data Processing Agreement. The User Terms address platform users and bookings. A business providing classes or other booked services is responsible for those services and its disclosed booking conditions.
Privacy and security information
Our Privacy Policy explains our use of personal data, service providers, transfers and individual rights. Businesses may request the security, subprocessor and backup information applicable to their service under the DPA. Our Luxembourg CyberCheck assessment is a self-assessment, not an independent audit or ISO certification. Third-party providers’ certifications must not be read as certifications of Naayya.
