Effective 23 September 2026. These Terms apply to people who use Naayya to book and manage classes, appointments and other services. Business subscriptions are governed by our Business Terms and Data Processing Agreement. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. About Naayya
Naayya is operated by Naayya SARL, 13 rue Dideschpont, L-3622 Kayl, Luxembourg (RCS B293244). By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep your details accurate and your login confidential, and tell us promptly at support@naayya.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Bookings: your contract is with the business
Naayya provides the booking platform. When you book or buy a class, appointment, membership, package or credits, your contract is with the business offering it. That business is the seller and is responsible for the service, its prices, its cancellation, refund and no-show conditions, and your consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal. Review the business’s conditions before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe on the business’s behalf. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
4. Your health and safety
Tell the business about any injury, pregnancy or medical condition relevant to a class or treatment, and seek medical advice if you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you. The business is responsible for the safety of its services.
5. Finding businesses and reviews
Businesses choose whether to be listed in Naayya’s discovery features. Listed businesses are shown by distance from your location when you share it, and otherwise with the most recently listed first. Businesses cannot pay for a higher position. Reviews can only be left for a booking that was made through Naayya. The business or teacher reviewed decides which reviews are shown publicly, so the published reviews may not include every review received.
6. Acceptable use and content
Do not use Naayya for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive; do not post content that is illegal, misleading or infringes others’ rights; and do not interfere with, probe or scrape the platform, or access it by automated means we have not allowed. You keep the rights in content you submit, such as reviews and profile details, and give us the permission needed to host and display it for the service.
7. Reporting content and account measures
To report content you believe is illegal or breaches these Terms, email support@naayya.com with the location of the content and why you are reporting it. We may remove content, or restrict, suspend or close an account, where it breaches these Terms or the law, or to protect users or the platform. We act proportionately, tell you the reasons where the law requires and it is lawful to do so, and you can ask us to review a decision by replying to our notice.
8. The platform
Naayya owns the platform, its software, design and brand. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use it in line with these Terms. We work to keep Naayya available and secure, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Naayya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the services provided by businesses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Messages from us
We send the service messages needed to run your account and bookings. Marketing messages are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time; see our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and ending your account
We may update these Terms and will tell you about material changes before they take effect. You can close your account at any time from your account settings.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there or in Luxembourg. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
