## About

hey! i’m steffi, and i’ve been a substitute teacher at “yoga am minett” since it started. i completed my yoga teacher training in rishikesh in 2015, and since then, i have mostly practiced vinyasa yoga because of my love for flow. in 2020, i discovered a passion for flowing through the air with activities like pole dancing and aerial hoop. over time, my own practice and teaching have moved in different directions, and i started adding more and more elements from pilates, fitness, ballet/dance and stretching. sometimes, we also move through flows that you might recognize from yoga. this mix is where the name “pilates fusion” comes from. you can expect a dynamic class that combines strength, flexibility and flow, with the goal of working the whole body. pilates fusion has become my personal favorite practice, and i’m excited to share it with you. by the end of the class, you should feel like every muscle and every part of your body has been involved in some way ✨
