## About

Dear fellow yogis, I'm Laure and I've started teaching at Yoga am Minett in 2025. Yoga has been such a huge part of my personal journey and I would be immensely grateful to share this with you. 2026 marks 10 years of yoga practice for me. I have tried all different kinds of styles and I love adapting my practice to my current mood. On active days, I would go for a power flow or Ashtanga practice whereas gentle or restorative yoga grounds me. I've recently completed my Hatha yoga teacher training with yogalife. I am a very active person a trail runner and I love the outdoors. In 2026 I will complete an additional anatomy training to be able to tailor my teaching even better to my students' needs. I've also fallen in love with more restorative practices and I will do a yin yoga training in 2026 as well. One of my favourite yoga poses to release instantly is Supta Baddha Konasana (reclined butterfly), especially with props and I love to start or end my classes in this pose. If I could live and teach anywhere in the world, I would probably opt for Norway, because of its stunning nature and laid back vibe. I also love the mountains and being immersed in nature. I love coffee, cooking, knitting and my favourite quote is : the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. I can't wait to see you on the mat 💖
