## About

Hi, I’m Hari, a biologist who became a yogi, passionate about the science behind everything we do. ​I love to create spaces where we can feel held and supported to receive whatever you need, and release what is no longer for you. ​For more than three years, I have been studying and learning straight from the roots: completing over 600 hours of training in India across Hatha, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing. My path is rooted in continuous curiosity, as I continue to study breathwork alongside the neuroscience of yoga, meditation, and breath. ​In our Yin Journey, you will leave behind tension, stagnation, and worries as you softly enter a new state—the Yin state, the softness and bliss of slow-paced yoga. Followed by Yoga Nidra (also known as the yogi sleep, which can feel as restoring as four hours of deep sleep), you will tap into the subconscious mind, leaving you feeling deeply re-energized, rested, and renewed. Welcome to the Yin side :)
