## About

Alba began practising yoga on her home island of Tenerife, at a time when she felt a little lost and almost as though life was inviting her to explore a new path. From the very first class, she felt something truly special – a sense of connection and a genuine curiosity to learn more. Since then, each practice has revealed the extent to which yoga can be something extraordinary, offering an endless journey of discovery, growth and sharing in the life we each are living. Her yoga journey has shown her just how transformative this practice can be, both on and off the mat and this experience drives her desire to teach yoga, to offer guidance and to encourage a healthier way of living. It was this path that led her back to Tenerife, where she completed her teacher training and deepened her commitment to sharing the practice with others. Her teaching style focuses on dynamic classes, with movement guided by the breath and a deep awareness in each asana. In her sequences, she aims to cultivate a conscious practice that begins with intention and flows towards a mindful state, while also creating space for a touch of fun and gentle challenges, often accompanied by music. She is a certified yoga teacher in both Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.
