Hi, I’m Zoé.
I was born and raised in Luxembourg, with Italian roots. Yoga has been a big part of my life since I was a teenager.
Back then, I started going to weekly classes and loved it so much that I’d write down the poses to practice them at home. Now, as a yoga teacher and student, I’m all about sharing yoga in a way that feels real and accessible to everyone.
I try to keep my teaching simple, fun, and inclusive, with options for all levels. Yoga is for everyone, and I love creating a space where people can feel comfortable and enjoy the practice.
What is your teaching style?
My teaching style reflects a strong foundation in Hatha yoga, infused with the dynamic, spiritually rich elements of Jivamukti yoga.
I opt for an inclusive approach, shaped by yoga therapy training, allowing me to adapt to the diverse needs of students, blending physical, mental, and spiritual aspects to create a holistic experience.
Do you play music during your classes?
Absolutely! I love curating playlists that align perfectly with the intention and mood of each class.
I carefully choose tracks to enhance the experience, but I also incorporate moments of silence, turning off the music to let the practice fully settle and resonate.
If your yoga mat could talk, what would it say about you?
Zoé, you’re a mix of grace and chaos! I’ve caught your strongest Warrior poses and your flops out of Crow.
You sweat, you sigh, you laugh—and sometimes, you just lie here staring at the ceiling. But hey, I’m here for all of it!
What’s a book or movie that’s had a big impact on your life?
The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying and Twin Peaks
What inspires you most in life?
What inspires me most in life is the energy of fresh starts—the first rays of sunlight at dawn, the promise of a new day, and the possibilities that come with the start of a new week or month.
