Mika is a passionate and versatile fitness professional with 13 years of experience in teaching, She has certifications in Pilates Matwork, Yoga, Les Mills BodyPump (strength training), Les Mills BodyBalance, and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). With a holistic yet dynamic approach to movement, Mika delivers engaging cardio, total body conditioning, and mind–body classes that build strength, improve mobility, and boost overall well-being. Her sessions are designed to be empowering, effective, and accessible for all fitness levels.
