If my yoga mat could talk, it would say, “I miss you when you’re not on me!” Yoga is my anchor—a space for movement, breath, and presence. My teaching style depends on the class, but inclusivity is always my priority. I welcome all genders, abilities, and backgrounds, encouraging the use of props to support and deepen the practice. Above all, I care about my students’ well-being.
I usually play music in class and love creating an atmosphere that enhances the experience. The strangest prop I’ve ever used? A shoe—because sometimes, you work with what you have! When I need to recharge, a bath or sauna is my go-to.
One of my favorite quotes is from The Little Prince: “One can only see with the heart. The essential is invisible to the eyes.” I believe everything can teach us a lesson if we pay attention. Life itself is my greatest inspiration.
If I could live anywhere for a year, it would be Japan—a place where tradition and modernity flow together, much like breath and movement in yoga.
Join me on the mat to explore, move, and reconnect. See you in class!
