Teaching Philosophy
I started studying Traditional Hatha Yoga in 2018 at The Practice Yoga Shala in Indonesia. I developped a deep respect and love for it, not only as a physical practice, but as a living system of learning, discipline, and self-inquiry. What draws me to Hatha Yoga is its depth and honesty: the way it asks us to slow down, to feel, and to truly inhabit each posture and breath.
I value both teaching and learning as ongoing processes. My own practice continues to shape how I teach, reminding me that Yoga is not about mastery or performance, but about presence, consistency, and refinement over time. Traditional Hatha Yoga offers a framework where strength, stability, breath, and awareness develop together, creating a practice that is sustainable, deeply grounding and feelgood.
Sharing this tradition with students is something I approach with humility and care — honoring the roots of the practice while making it accessible, relevant, and embodied in everyday life.
