Rooted in classical Hatha yoga, I like to incorporate a touch of flow into my classes, creating a balance of movement and stillness that feels accessible to every body and everybody.
I emphasize breath awareness and presence—the experience of truly inhabiting or surrendering into a pose.
For me, there’s no single “correct” asana. Instead, yoga invites each individual to create their unique expression through observation, acceptance, and awareness—both on and off the mat.
