Rooted in classical Hatha yoga, and trained also in vinyasa, yin, Nidra and Pranayama,
I like to incorporate a touch of flow into all my classes, creating a balance of movement and stillness.
I emphasize breath awareness and presence—the experience of truly inhabiting or surrendering into a pose.
For me, there’s no single “correct” asana, the postures should be accessible to every body and everybody.
Indeed, yoga invites each individual to create their unique expression through observation, acceptance, and awareness—both on and off the mat.
Yoga on the mat is only a rehearsal for everyday life- so developing our interoception, fine tuning our observations towards our inner world (perception, body, mind, energy) and accepting what is, shapes the way we encounter ourselves and others in this human life.
