Here a little about me:
My favorite sequence of movements is Suryanamaskar A and I do not enjoy kingpigeon.
If I could live anywhere for a year it would be Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.
Movement in any shape or form is my main drive and inspiration.
In my classes, influenced by over two decades of dance practice, you can expect to be given the opportunity to challenge yourself, to be playful and to learn to listen to your body in a continual flow. I teach 4-beat yoga, started by Marcus Veda in London. The sequencing is based on Rocket yoga with the addition of 4-beat mixes which provide a sort of metronome to facilitate the synchronisation of the breath with the movement.
My experience with the discipline of ballet, the expression and strength of jazz dance and the freedom of movement of Western contemporary dance add to the way I create my yoga sequences and my love for movement informs the way I teach.
The classes are open level and modifications such as adjustments are provided throughout class.
