Teaching Philosophy
Iro's classes are all about connecting movement with breath—expect slow-burning cramps, happy pulses, and to leave feeling stronger, taller, and definitely smilier!
She first fell in love with Pilates after having my first baby. It helped her heal her diastasis recti, improve her posture, and bring balance back to her body. Since then, Pilates has been so much more than exercise —it’s been transformation.
She has always been passionate about physical education. she started ballet at three, moved on to athletics, then volleyball, and eventually studied Physical Education and Sports Science in Athens. Along the way, she trained in Clinical Pilates, Corrective Exercise, Myofascial Release, Yoga, and Meditation.
She speaks English, French, Greek, and Italian (and she is always up for free language lessons if anyone’s offering!).
