Mysore Style Ashtanga is the traditional form of self practice where the student learns the Ashtanga sequence posture by posture, practicing at their own pace and rhythm and advancing as their body and mind are ready. The teacher will guide you individually through the poses that you are working on with physical adjustments and verbal instruction, alongside other students each working at their own pace. Come experience for yourself as this is not like your typical yoga class. Nothing beats the magic of Mysore. Doors open on Wednesdays at 7 am.Teresa teaches from 7.00-8.00 and Gillian from 8.00-10.00.

Settle into the middle of your week with dynamic Vinyasa designed to soften the body and quiet the mind. This class offers a creative practice that brings together intention and gentle challenges, inviting you to explore movement with curiosity and presence. Storytelling, mantra and elements of Bhakti may naturally weave into the practice, creating space to connect and look inwards.
Come learn the Ashtanga sequence in detail working with correct breath and alignment. We will move pose by pose, with special attention on the peak poses of the Primary Series that often don't get enough attention in a usual class (eg mari d, supta kurmasana, bujapindasana). This is a dynamic and challenging class and open to all. Experienced Practitioners are also free to attend and follow their own practice whilst receiving individual adjustments/instruction.
