Fix common problems with the Naayya schedule widget or lead form

# Website Integration Troubleshooting

Use these checks for the v2 schedule widget or lead form. If your site still
uses the classic v1 embed, see [Classic embed (v1)](#classic-embed-v1) at the
end of this article.

## Widget or form not showing

- Confirm that you pasted the complete snippet: the module script line and the
  matching `<naayya-schedule>` or `<naayya-lead-form>` element.
- Check that the schedule's `business-id` matches the value in its generated
  snippet. For a lead form, check that `embed-key` is the issued public key for
  the business.
- Put the code in an HTML, Custom HTML, Code, or Embed HTML block. A rich-text
  block may display the tags as text instead of loading them.
- Confirm that the script URL in the snippet is the current v2 URL:
  `https://naayya.com/plugin/v2/loader.js` for the schedule, or
  `https://naayya.com/plugin/v2/naayya-lead-form.js` for the lead form.
- The current **Admin → Settings → Website Integration** page provides
  **Schedule** setup only. It does not provide a **Lead form** control or a
  lead-form snippet. Use the lead-form checks here only if you already have an
  issued embed key. If you need a key, contact support@naayya.com to ask
  whether lead-form setup is available for your business.

## Colours or fonts do not match

- For the schedule, return to **Admin → Settings → Website Integration** and
  use **Customize → Style** to set the colours, typography, spacing, and button
  shape.
- Select **Preview** in both **Desktop** and **Mobile** layouts before copying
  the code again with **Get Code**.
- For a manually edited form, check its `theme` value: `light`, `dark`, or
  `auto`.

## Filters show the wrong classes (schedule)

- Check the attribute spelling: `locations`, `teachers`, and `categories` are
  plural.
- Use the location and teacher values from the generated code. Category values
  must match the category names in your class settings.
- If customers should choose filters themselves, remove the matching
  pre-filter attribute and do not add `hide-filters`.
- If you want to control the choices from the Website Integration page, use
  its **Options** and **Pre-filters** controls, then copy the updated code.

## Lead form problems

- Check that the form has an issued `embed-key` and that the email field is
  filled in. A business name or slug cannot be used for lead submissions.
- The visitor must select the consent checkbox before submitting.
- If the form says **This form is not enabled for this website**, contact
  support@naayya.com with the page address and ask whether that origin can be
  used with the key.
- If it says **Too many submissions**, wait a little while and try again.
- If it says **Network error**, check the visitor's connection and try again.

## Platform notes

- **WordPress**: use a **Custom HTML** block, not the visual editor.
- **Squarespace**: use a **Code** block.
- **Wix**: use an **Embed HTML** element.
- **GoDaddy and other builders**: use an HTML or embed section that accepts
  custom elements.

## Performance

The v2 script is marked `async`, so it can load without blocking the rest of
the page. Keep the script line with the element it loads, and avoid pasting the
same snippet repeatedly into a single page.

## Still stuck

- Test the page in a private or incognito window and in another browser.
- Check the browser's developer console for a loading error.
- Send Naayya support the page address, the site builder you use, and the
  message shown on the page. Do not send private customer details.

## Classic embed (v1)

The older iframe and `data-naayya-calendar` embed is kept for compatibility, but
new setup and current improvements use v2. Replace the v1 snippet with the v2
snippet in [Website Integration](/help-center/website-integration) when you are
ready to update the page.
