# View Your Payslips

Access your payment records and download payslip PDFs

# View your payslips

Your payments page shows all payslips your studio has created for you. Here you can review your earnings and download PDF copies for your records.

## Access your payments

1. Log in to your teacher dashboard
2. Click **Payments** in the sidebar

## Payment summary

At the top of the page, you see:
- **Total earnings**: Sum of all dispatched payslips
- **Total classes**: Number of classes across all payslips
- **Payslips count**: How many payment records exist

## Payslip list

Each payslip card shows:
- **Period**: The date range covered (e.g., "Jan 1 - Jan 31, 2024")
- **Classes**: Number of classes included
- **Students**: Total attendance for the period
- **Amount**: Your total pay for this period
- **Status badge**: Shows "New" if you haven't viewed it yet

## Download a payslip

To get a PDF copy:

1. Find the payslip you want
2. Click **Download** or the download icon
3. The PDF saves to your device

The PDF includes a detailed breakdown of classes, attendance, and pay calculations.

## Preview a payslip

To view without downloading:

1. Click **Preview** or the preview icon
2. The payslip opens in your browser
3. Close the tab when done

Both downloading and previewing mark the payslip as "viewed," removing the "New" badge.

## Understanding your pay

Your pay depends on how your studio has configured teacher compensation. Common models include:

- **Variable pay**: Base rate plus bonus when attendance exceeds a threshold
- **Fixed rate**: Flat amount per class regardless of attendance
- **Revenue share**: Percentage of class revenue
