See how many SMS and WhatsApp messages your business sent, what they would cost, and how much you use the AI agent

# Usage

**Admin > Settings > Usage** shows what your business sends by SMS and WhatsApp, what those messages would cost, and the AI agent, which is included in your plan.

Owners and managers can open it. Other staff see a note asking them to contact an owner.

## Messages are not billed yet

SMS and WhatsApp messages are shown so you can see what you use. Nothing on this page is charged yet. The **Pricing** card and every total say **Not billed yet**.

## Message prices

The **Pricing** card lists each feature with its price:

- **SMS**: €0.15 incl. VAT per SMS segment
- **WhatsApp**: €0.15 incl. VAT per WhatsApp message
- **AI agent**: **Included**, at no charge

If your business agreed a different message price with Naayya, that price appears instead, marked **your price**. A new price applies to messages sent from the moment it is set. Messages sent earlier keep the price that applied when they were sent.

## What counts as a message

- **SMS** counts once the message is sent, per segment. A segment holds up to 160 characters. A longer message is split into segments of up to 153 characters, and each one counts.
- An SMS that contains an emoji or a character outside the standard SMS alphabet (for example some accented letters) holds fewer characters per segment: 70, or 67 when split.
- **WhatsApp** counts once the message is delivered to the recipient.
- Messages that fail to send are not counted.

## Analytics

The **Analytics** section shows your usage for one period:

1. Choose **Week** (Monday to Sunday) or **Month**.
2. Use the arrows to move to the previous or next period. You cannot move past the current one.

For the period you see:

- the total value of the messages sent, incl. VAT, marked **not billed yet**
- a bar for each day with the value of that day's messages (hover a bar to see SMS and WhatsApp separately)
- a table with each feature, how much you used it, and its cost

Days follow your business time zone.

## AI agent use

The **AI agent** row in the table shows how many conversations your team had with the AI agent in the period, and how many requests those conversations made. A conversation can take several requests when the agent looks things up for you. AI agent use is included in your plan, so its cost always shows as **Free**.
