The People section helps you manage your studio's teaching team and their profiles. Here you can view, add, edit, and organize all the teachers and instructors in your organization.

Accessing the Teachers Page#

Navigate to Admin > Teachers from your main navigation menu to access the Teachers page.

Page Overview#

The Teachers page consists of several key sections:

Header Section#

• Title and Description: Clear identification of the Teachers management area
• Action Buttons: Quick access to key functions:
  • View Stats: Analytics and performance metrics for teachers
  • Teacher Payouts: Financial management and payment processing
  • Add New Teacher: Create new teacher profiles

Teacher Avatar Stack#

A visual overview showing profile pictures of all your teachers in an organized display. This provides a quick visual reference of your entire teaching team.

Active vs. Inactive Teachers Tabs#

The Teachers page is organized into two main tabs:

Active Teachers Tab#

• Displays all currently active teachers
• Shows the count of active teachers in a green badge
• These teachers are available for scheduling and customer-facing activities

Inactive Teachers Tab#

• Displays deactivated teacher profiles
• Shows the count of inactive teachers in a gray badge
• These are teachers who are temporarily or permanently not teaching

Teacher Cards#

Each teacher is displayed in an individual card that contains:

Profile Information#

• Profile Picture: Teacher's headshot or avatar
• Banner Image: Optional header image for the teacher's profile
• Name: Full name from linked customer profile or manually entered
• Bio: Rich text description of the teacher's background and expertise
• Teaching Style: Primary style or specialties

Activity Information#

• Join Date: When the teacher was added to the system
• Last Updated: Most recent profile modification
• Status Indicator: Visual indication of active/inactive status

Feedback Metrics#

• Public Feedback: Number of customer reviews and testimonials
• Private Feedback: Internal feedback between studio and teacher

Social Integration#

• Instagram Handle: Direct link to teacher's Instagram profile
• Public Profile Link: If teacher has a public-facing profile page

Profile Completion#

A progress indicator showing how complete the teacher's profile is, encouraging full profile setup for better customer engagement.

Quick Actions#

From each teacher card, you can:

1. Edit Profile: Modify teacher information, bio, images, and settings
2. Toggle Status: Activate or deactivate the teacher
3. View Public Profile: See how the teacher appears to customers
4. Access Feedback: Review public and private feedback

Navigation to Related Sections#

The Teachers page connects to other important areas:

• Teacher Payouts: Manage compensation and payments
• Teacher Stats: View performance analytics
• Roles & Permissions: Configure access levels

Empty States#

The page handles different scenarios gracefully:

• No Studio Selected: Prompts you to choose a studio from the sidebar
• Loading State: Shows loading animation while fetching data
• No Active Teachers: Encourages adding your first teacher
• No Inactive Teachers: Confirms all teachers are currently active
