# Manage integrations

Open **Admin > Settings > Integrations** to find the tools available to you.
Search by name or purpose, or choose a category. Select an integration to open
its connection and settings. Connected tools also appear under **Integrations**
in the settings sidebar. A connection that needs attention stays there so you
can reconnect or finish disconnecting it.

The list follows your access to the selected business. Google Workspace and
Zoom are your own connections for that business. Instagram is a business account
and requires business settings and marketing management access here. You can
also connect Instagram from Social with marketing management access.

## Instagram

Open **Instagram**, then select **Connect Instagram**. Viewing access is required
and already selected. Publishing access is optional and starts off for a general
connection. It appears only where publishing is enabled for the business.
Select **Continue to Instagram** to review and grant access on Instagram.
Nothing is published by connecting.

When you connect from a publishing action, publishing access starts selected.
You can uncheck it. This does not revoke access you granted previously. Viewing
and publishing, when selected, are requested together. After returning, check
the account and actual access shown on the integration page.

Use **Reconnect** if access has expired. If the account has viewing access only,
you can reconnect to request publishing. Use **Disconnect** to remove the
connection. For the complete connection and publishing workflow, see
[Create Instagram Content](/help-center/create-instagram-content#connect-instagram).

## Google Workspace

Open **Google Workspace** to connect your Google account. Availability can depend
on launch and configuration for your business; the page shows **Coming soon** or
**Configuration required** when connection is unavailable.

The connection supports reading Gmail and creating drafts, checking Calendar
free and busy times, and reading Drive files you select. Choose **Choose Drive
file** after connecting to pick a file. If Drive was not authorized, use
**Reconnect for Drive** first.

Google's draft-management permission also permits sending at the provider level.
Naayya exposes no send action: it creates only drafts you request. Google content
is read on demand and Naayya does not keep a copy. Use **Disconnect** to remove
your connection. If disconnection is pending, use **Retry disconnect**.

## Zoom

Open **Zoom** to manage your own Zoom connection. Connect it to use Zoom meetings
for online classes and appointments. The page shows any setup requirements or
account limitations that apply. Business settings managers can also choose the
default host from the available connected Zoom accounts.

A connection does not turn an in-person booking into an online one. Keep using
the online meeting settings for the class or appointment.
