# Customer List

Find leads and customers, narrow the list, and open customer records.

# Customer List

The **Customers** page helps you find a person and open their record. It includes leads and customers, with filters for members and guests. **Segments** is a separate page under Customers for saved groups.

## Open the customer list

1. Go to **Admin > Customers**.
2. Choose **All**, **Leads**, or **Customers** above the list. Use **Members** or **Guests** to narrow it further.

If you cannot open the page, your role may not include customer access for this business.

## What the list shows

The list can show:

- Name and contact details
- Whether the person is a lead or customer, with member or guest labels when applicable
- Recent activity, visits, and purchase totals when available
- Source information when enabled for your business

Select a customer to review purchases, class passes, bookings, coupons, waivers, and recent activity. Leads and guests open different views.

## Search and filters

Search by name, email, or phone. Switch between **All**, **Leads**, and **Customers**, or use **Members** and **Guests** to narrow the list. Clear the search and filters if someone is missing.

## Export customers

The current **Customers** page does not have an **Export** button or a customer-list CSV download. Its rows are paginated, so the visible page is not a complete list. If you need a file, [see what to do next](/help-center/export-data).

## Customers, leads, and segments

Use:

- **All** to see leads and customers together
- **Leads** or **Customers** to focus on one group
- **Segments** under Customers for saved groups, when your role and plan allow it

## Common issues

### I cannot find a customer

Search by email or phone, clear the search and filters, and check **Leads** and **Guests**. Confirm that the correct business is selected.

### The list is empty

Check that the correct business is selected and that you have access to customer records.

### I need more detail

Select a customer row or choose **Open profile** from its actions. Leads and guests have different views.
